By submitting any image to Pumpkins for Change, you confirm that the image is your work, is solely owned by you, and that you are fully authorized to grant usage rights to same.  Further, you warrant that all creative work or intellectual property contained in your submitted images is solely owned by you.  Further, you warrant that you are authorized to grant usage of all human likenesses appearing in your submitted image and that you hereby grant usage of said likenesses in perpetuity.

Further, in consideration for your entry in the Pumpkins for Change contest, you grant Pumpkins for Change worldwide non-exclusive rights to your image and grant that we may publish your image online, in print, and/or use it in any other lawful manner at our sole discretion.

You agree to release Pumpkins for Change from all liability relating to the use of your image and all creative work, intellectual property, and human likenesses contained therein.  Further, you agree to indemnify Pumpkins for Change from any action arising out of said use.

You also acknowledge that we may choose not to post any entry if, at our sole discretion, we deem the work to be obscene, threatening, overly graphic, or otherwise inappropriate.
